報告人簡介：
Robert J. Johnston博士是美國克拉克大學經(jīng)濟學院教授，George Perkins Marsh Institute主任。長期以來主要從事自然資源價值評估、生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務功能、效益轉(zhuǎn)移、選擇模型（choice modeling）、海洋及水棲動植物生態(tài)系統(tǒng)管理、土地保護等方面的研究。
主持或參加了NOAA/Sea Grant Connecticut Sea Grant (CTSG) Biennial Omnibus、Rhode Island Sea Grant College Program、Multistate Research Project: Benefits and Costs of Natural Resources Policies Affecting Public and Private Lands等60余項科研課題，近年來在自然資源經(jīng)濟方面的科研經(jīng)費累計1億余美元。
Robert J. Johnston教授先后在Environmental and Resource Economics, Ecological Economics, Agricultural and Resource Economics Review, Land Economics等國際著名學術(shù)期刊發(fā)表相關(guān)學術(shù)論文80余篇；參與編寫Economic Analysis for Ecosystem Based Management: Applications to Marine and Coastal Environments、Economic Analysis for Ecosystem-Based Management: An Introduction、Economics and Contemporary Land Use Policy: Development and Conservation at the Rural-Urban Fringe等10部著作。
Robert J. Johnston博士曾先后擔任American Journal of Agricultural Economics(AJAE)、 Journal of Agricultural and Resource Economics (JARE)、 Journal of Environmental Economics and Management (JEEM)、Agricultural and Resource Economics Review (ARER)、Journal of the American Water Resources Association (JAWRA)等20余種學術(shù)期刊的審稿人。同時，他兼任美國東北農(nóng)業(yè)和資源經(jīng)濟學協(xié)會主席、美國國家科學院委員、緬因州海灣地區(qū)海洋科學理事會會員、農(nóng)業(yè)資源經(jīng)濟評論編輯、海洋資源經(jīng)濟基金副主席等社會職務。
